Easiest fix: sign in at c2f_login.php using the ADMIN_LOGIN / ADMIN_PSW from your .env. That sets an admin session and this page unlocks automatically — no key needed.

Alternative: add C2F_PROVISION_KEY=someSecret to your .env, then open c2f_admin_provision.php?key=someSecret once.
